Project Titled Commercialization of the Innovative Product PVSmartClick by Digital ARENA d.o.o. is focused on organizational innovation and innovation of business processes in product management and customer support to create the basic prerequisites for the commercialization and implementation of the IT/Energy solution PVSmartClick in the international market.
The problems addressed by the project include inadequate business organization, inadequate product manufacturing and delivery processes, and insufficiently researched target market. By addressing these issues, long-term benefits will be achieved for the company, employees, local community, and the energy sector.
The project will lead to an increase in the number of employees, revenue growth, and significant share of exports.
PVSmartClick is an online platform that efficiently connects investors interested in building solar power plants, such as households and businesses, with banking institutions for project financing and experts in solar panel installation. The platform enables investors to quickly and accurately obtain information on the profitability of solar power plant projects; while easing the process of arranging credit engagements for banks and the design process for installers.
