The objective of this project is to strengthen Digital Arena's international competitiveness by introducing management systems and certification in line with international standards ISO 27001 — information security management, ISO 22301 — business continuity management, and ISO 9001 — quality management.
This will facilitate the company's access to international markets, resulting in increased sales revenue and exports. Implementing these standards will enable improved quality of products and services, improved information security, efficiency and cost reduction, increased customer satisfaction, greater organizational resilience, effective risk management, and enhanced reputation and trust among clients and partners.
